Monica SchaferMonica Schafer

Monica Schafer, Operations Director of Debt Does Deals, LLC, is the ‘Momma Bear’ of your loan process. She is a 16 year veteran of the mortgage industry with first hand experience in every phase of mortgage origination and operations. She prefers things orderly, neat, and likes using systems to create visibility for our clients while removing the typical mortgage hassles; like uploading your documents multiple times. She understands the value of our clients time, which is why she guards our operational and systematic approach to our entire mortgage operation.

She has a passion for serving others and leveraging her unique problem solving and coordination skillsets to ensure our clients receive custom solutions that meet their goals perfectly. She enjoy a challenge and is willing to work harder than anyone else in the room to secure our clients dreams. 21 day closings don’t scare her, and if you happen to here a little ‘character’ in her tone, it has come through years of fighting for clients.

Jared Schroeder

Jared Schroeder is a junior mortgage broker at Debt Does Deals, LLC. He believes in our unique approach to choosing the best debt, every time. He grew up in a small hard-working town in Montana, and his honesty and genuineness came with me to Denver, CO. Helping someone is truly a privilege to him, and each person we help has a very unique set of needs and circumstances. He is confident in the help Debt Does Deals offers because we have the most options to choose from and we begin the process at your goal, and then work backward to reverse-engineer your best solutions.

He is on a mission to help people find their way HOME! The average homeowner is 38 times wealthier than the average renter for a reason (census estimate), and we also believe families do better when they grow from within their own home. He wants to help them achieve legacy and wealth through real estate, and we have specific plans to walk them through the process in a convenient step-by-step manner.

Max FranksMax A. Franks

I’m Max A. Franks and over the past 20 years, I’ve learned a lot about how to navigate the mortgage industry for the benefit of my clients. With an extensive background in customer service, I’m always looking for ways to make the loan process more efficient, easier, and informative.

In my free time I enjoy volunteering with Cub Scouts & Scouting BSA, coaching youth sports. camping, hiking, trying new microbrews, and fun trips to new destinations with my family. My wife, Kristy, and I have 4 sons, (ages 9-23), a daughter-in-law, and a 2 yr old granddaughter.

My greatest thrill is the day the keys are handed to first time home buyers after careful execution and planning.

Disclaimer: Buying, refinancing, or any other type of financing or acquisition of real estate, etc. doesn’t guarantee the appreciation, implied forced savings, or accumulation of actual profit from owning real estate. Though studies show owning real estate is likely to generate profit and wealth in spite of the many financial risks associated (Joint Center for Housing Studies, Harvard University September 2013), and additional studies show the majority of buyers finance their acquisitions (88% in 2017, National Association of Realtors), profit or wealth generation is not implied or guaranteed. We simply intend to show the correlation of how ‘many’ generate wealth through homeownership, and how the majority of buyers achieve ownership with financing.
